MR. DAVID NABOARE 

Mr. David Naboare has a degree in Health Science Education majoring in Psychiatry , Diploma in Community Mental Health, Certificate in General Nursing. He has twelve years experience working with Ghana Health Service under Ghana's Ministry of Health, Seven years in Non Governmental Organizations, mental health practice and advocacy.

He has successfully, hosted and facilitatored several mental health online and face -to-facr training between 2015 to present 

David has spoken and and trained Youth, Security personnel (Ghana Police Service) and the General public not less than 15,000 within the seven years of Mental Health Advocacy.

In the years of 2019, 2020 and 2021 He led attempted Suicide Prevention Campaign in the Oti Region where his Organization with the team visited some churches. Schools and communities for this campaign. A position paper on the decriminalization of Attempted suicide was sent to Parliamentary select committee on legal and constitutional amendments in 2021.

He trained Police Officers on mental health in the Oti Region of Ghana.

David was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Art and Leadership in Community Development by the Yahweh Hills University from South Africa.

He has lectured at Midwifery Training School, Hohoe for six months where he taught Psychiatric Nursing, Sociology and some aspects of Mental Disorders in Pregnancy. During the six months he was able to lecture in almost all the classes with the entire student population of over 500.

He lectured one day at the University of Education. Winneba where he taught over 30 students studying Disability and Community Rehabilitation Mental Health Policy.

In 2022 He was invited by West African Health Organization where he joined renowned Mental Health and Health Experts at Republic of Togo of which he helped developed the curricula for Professional Diploma in Community Mental Health, BSC Public Mental Health, BSC Health Promotion and Msc. Public Mental Health and other Allied Health Programs.

As a renowned and avid Mental Health advocate on the continent of Africa and beyond he has founded and hold positions in the following organizations, projects, institutions and Associations:
